Inclusive Field Trip Consulting for Destinations That Welcome Schools.

Adapt Your Adventure helps museums, nature centers, historic sites, libraries, and more design programs that engage every learner and keep schools coming back.

Our Approach

  • Discover & Review

We begin with a full review of your destination’s programs, staff input, and materials. This allows us to pinpoint areas where inclusivity can improve and outline opportunities to create stronger learning experiences.

  • Redesign & Train

Next, we redesign your tours, lessons, and activities to engage all learners. We also deliver staff training that provides clear, practical strategies, ensuring your team feels confident and supported when leading programs.

  • Deliver Inclusive Experiences

With new tools in place, your programs become easier to run and more engaging for every child. Schools notice the difference, leading to repeat bookings, stronger partnerships, and more positive field trip experiences.

    Program Review

We evaluate your current programs, gather staff input, and identify where inclusivity can improve. Our review gives you a clear roadmap of next steps for engaging every learner.
