Our services
Basic Package
Our Basic Package starts with a complimentary 30-minute introductory call. This call allows us to discuss Adapt Your Adventure's mission and explore how we can enhance your educational programs. Following this call, we offer the option of a phone/Zoom call (or an in-person meeting) to review your program in detail and develop a tailored proposal. Following the completion of the proposal we will review our recommendations with you and answer any questions you might have.
This package is designed for clients that wish to look into one or two programs or exhibits that they have available to school groups. Following our introductory call you will have a comprehensive overview of our capabilities and how we can customize our services to meet your specific needs.
Our Basic Package Includes:
30 minute introductory call (complimentary)
Phone/zoom Consultation to review program
Comprehensive assessment of 1 or 2 exhibits or programs
Development of a detailed proposal for each exhibit or program
Phone/Zoom review meeting to discuss proposals
In-person, on-site consultations are available (additional travel expenses)
All consultations are billed at an hourly rate
This package assumes roughly 5-10 hours
Enhanced Package
Our Enhanced Package is designed for clients seeking comprehensive adaptations for three or more exhibits or programs. This package begins with a thorough assessment of your current offerings through a combination of phone/Zoom consultations and on-site visits. We will work closely with your team to understand the specific needs and goals of each exhibit or program. Following the assessment, we will develop a detailed proposal outlining specific adaptations tailored to each exhibit or program. This proposal will be presented to you in a phone/Zoom review meeting, where we will discuss our recommendations and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Our Enhanced Package includes:
30 minute introductory call (complimentary)
Phone/Zoom consultations and on-site visits as needed
Comprehensive assessment of three or more exhibits or programs
Development of a detailed proposal for each exhibit or program
Phone/Zoom review meeting to discuss proposals
On-site consultations available (additional travel expenses)
All consultations billed at an hourly rate
Assumes a commitment of approximately 15+ hours, depending on number of programs
This package is ideal for clients looking to make significant changes across multiple exhibits or programs and provides a comprehensive solution to enhance the educational experience for all students.
A La Carte Services
Add on to either package or create your own experience with our a la carte services:
Virtual and In-Person Trainings: Jane will provide virtual or in-person trainings to help your team understand students with disabilities better. These trainings focus on making the educational experience more engaging and inclusive.
Marketing Services: We will promote your newly adapted programs to local school districts and communities. Highlighting the benefits of your programs for different populations can attract more participants and increase engagement.
Direct and On-Call Services: Access direct and on-call services where Jane can address potential obstacles in real-time. This includes reaching out to educators, providing additional staff training, and making last-minute adjustments to exhibits before a group arrives.
Adapt Your Adventure Exhibit: Work with Jane to create an interactive exhibit specifically designed for students with disabilities. We will collaborate with your staff to incorporate life skills practice and hands-on activities that complement the exhibit's content, ensuring maximum engagement.
